Tomorrow we arrive in Toronto for the Restaurants Canada Trade Show. It may have felt like spring last week but winter is still here. This is the time for us to travel and promote our fabulous birch syrup. We are excited to showcase our flavours to thousands of chefs along with other Manitoba Food Producers at Booths 2343 and 2446!
Along with our syrups we are bringing along our award winning Birch Bacon Jam; and Birch Whiskey Toffee Sauce and Birch Q sauce. Very popular in Manitoba and Saskatchewan, these are just three examples of the how our birch syrup can transform every recipe from great to phenomenal!
The fruity complex flavours of our syrups deliver rich background to all the other flavours in the food. Whether you are brushing a thin layer on your pork roast, adding it to your BBQ sauce, flavouring a creme caramel or icing or a savoury sauce.
