Tired of the same ole dressings on your salad? Looking for some Wow on your still crisp cooked baby carrots? Try this easy recipe with The Canadian Birch Company Amber Gold Birch Syrup and some simple ingredients you probably already have in your fridge. Tangy, sweet and golden it tastes best made with a quality olive oil.

Birch Syrup Vinaigrette
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp The Canadian Birch Company Amber Gold Birch Syrup
1 ½ tbsp Dijon mustard
Whisk together olive oil, cider vinegar, The Canadian Birch Company Amber Gold Birch Syrup and Dijon mustard. Season with s&p.
Toss over greens or drizzle over roasted root vegetables.
Makes ½ cup.
