    Amazing!

    Bought the birch bacon jam at One of a Kind Show in Toronto, and was blown away. Its the perfect condiment to have in the fridge. I used it to class up my sandwiches, eggs, burgers, etc. I hope they sell this locally in Toronto, because I need more.

    I tried a sample of this product at a market and was blown away by how amazing it is. I just finally got around to using this syrup on perogies and they were so delicious. I could eat this straight out of the jar but I'll try to have some self control.

    Perogies!

    I wasnt going to write a review on the Birch Bacon jam until I saw that nobody had mentioned perogies yet.If you havent tried the birch bacon jam with perogies and you like perogies,you are missing out! Once you try this combo you will be hooked. Actually this birch bacon jam at a party has so many ways it can be served and your guests will wonder if you became a chef. I also like it on baked potatoes or you can mix with sour cream and use as a dip.I love the fact that there are no preservatives in this product either.
