    Love the taste of Birch syrup.Especially when its a product not full of additives. Just for fun I looked at the ingredients on a bottle of syrup at the store......yukkk.Dont think there was even a trace of anything natural in it.
    I know The Canadian Birch company prides itself in making quality products and you know that immediately when you taste their stuff!

    Something a little different

    I am so happy that someone is finally making products with birch syrup -we first had birch flavoured pop in Russia many years ago and I always wondered why we don't do the same in Canada . The taste is not as cloying as maple syrup, and I hope perhaps we will see these products in our grocery store someday.

    Not your Mammas pancake syrup.

    I had the opportunity to try this new syrup out recently and its the only syrup I will ever use on Moms home made waffles! So many pancake syrups have an almost jellylike consistency because of the cheap junk manufacturers use. Thankyou Canadian Birch company for coming out with this amazing syrup. It tastes great with that unique birch flavour and doesnt tatse overly sweet either.
