    My favs

    My two favorites are Birch Whiskey Toffee Sauce and Birch Bacon Jam. The toffee Sauce tastes amazing on anything from a topping on an apple crisp to frozen yogurt or even just by the spoonful. When I find myself looking for a quick snack I put cream cheese on a cracker and top it with the bacon jam. They've become staples in our house.
