Fresh, sweetMade with the first sap of the season, our premium Amber Gold Birch Syrup has a fresh, sweet flavour with notes of honey and apricot. Its distinct natural golden colour shows beautifully as a drizzle and brings a true gourmet accent to both sweet and savoury dishes.
