When I took our Birch Syrup to the Delicious Food Show, I didn’t expect it to leave the booth except in a bag with those who bought it. But leave it did – first to chef Mark Jachecki who was cooking up bison, elk and wild boar from Northfork Bison Distributers using Amber Birch Syrup as a finish. Then I found it at Beau’s All Natural Brewing Company accenting a goat cheese appetizer. In our own booth the Dark Birch Syrup was serving as a dip for focaccia bread sticks and, before the show was over, the Amber Gold Birch Syrup was being drizzled on non-dairy frozen deserts and sweetening some delicious coffee. Just a few of the many options food lovers have when they open a bottle of our fine Canadian Birch Syrup.
