Birch Recipes — Vegan
When we plated this salad, it just looked so darn cheerful it lifted our spirits and we had to share! The more color the better, nutrient speaking. Green, Orange, Yellow, Red & Purple veggies each have their own dominant nutrients so the more colors there are on your plate the better the variety of nutrients.
We can't get those amazing Amalfi lemons here at home (As big as footballs!) but we can still make limoncello spritzers! And naturally we love to experiment with birch syrup in cocktails so when we added a splash of our Amber Gold birch syrup, we realized we had a winner! It's our new favorite!
Super easy and delish no matter if served warm or cold, this dessert is light in texture and calories so is a good compliment to a heavier main course. Being gluten friendly and vegan it is also convenient to prepare when different dietary needs must be accommodated.
